Questions owners ask us

The basics

What happens after I sign up?

You fill in one online form with your menu, branches and payment accounts, then we build your store and connect it to your domain. Creating your account and sending your details is free. You only start paying once your store is live and you've chosen a plan.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Your store works in any phone browser. Customers open your link and order.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Any phone, tablet or computer works. A thermal receipt printer is optional.

What payment methods can customers use?

Cash on delivery, or bank / mobile-wallet transfer with a payment screenshot your staff verify. Each branch sets its own accounts.

Can I manage more than one branch?

Yes. Each branch can have its own prices, delivery areas and payment accounts. Every plan is priced per branch, with no limit on how many branches you add.

Is my data safe?

Each restaurant's data is kept fully separate, prices and fees are recalculated by the server, and staff access can be removed instantly.

Plans & pricing

When do I start paying?

Creating your account and sending your details is free. You only start paying once your store is live and you've chosen a plan.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every plan runs on your own domain. You buy and own the domain, and we connect it to your store at no extra cost.

How do you count orders?

Plans are based on the number of online orders your store receives in a month.

What happens if I go over my order limit?

Growing past your plan's order limit? We'll get in touch and move you to the right plan.

What does the Business plan cost?

Business is priced around your restaurant: number of branches, order volume and dine-in setup. Send us an enquiry and we'll give you a quote.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down as your order volume changes.

Your next order could come from your own website.

Sign up, send us your menu, and we'll build your store. It's free until your store is live.
